Annelieke has a keen eye for human potential and the untapped potential of teams and organizations. She is fascinated by the question: what does it take to thrive and flourish? She supports you and your organization in seeing what themes are at play above and under the waterline and in consciously taking next steps that have the power to really shift culture, dynamics and outcomes. So you expand your capacity to collaborate, innovate and get to results. Being able to navigate with confidence, also in uncharted territory, and lead from a place of true inner strength is a gift of working with Annelieke.

She works in The Netherlands and internationally (online and in live settings) with a diverse array of clients in the for-profit and not-for-profit sector (education and healthcare organizations, large, small and medium enterprises, government institutions, societal initiatives and other initiatives in the area of sustainability).

She brings to the table 15 years of experience in staff and high-level leadership positions with Dutch Government, as well as 15+ years of experience and education in consultancy, coaching and facilitation. Systemic work is one of the methodologies in her extensive toolkit for human potential development.

She loves dancing, also with the paradoxes of life.

Annelieke heeft een scherp oog voor menselijk potentieel en het onbenutte potentieel van teams en organisaties. Ze is geïntrigeerd door de vraag: wat is er nodig om tot bloei te komen? Ze ondersteunt jou en je organisatie om te zien welke thema’s er spelen in de bovenstroom en in de onderstroom en welke stappen je kunt zetten om de cultuur, dynamieken en uitkomsten wezenlijk te beïnvloeden. Zodat het vermogen tot samenwerking en innovatie wordt vergroot en er resultaten worden behaald. Met vertrouwen je weg vinden in onbekend terrein en je leiderschap kunnen inzetten vanuit innerlijke kracht, is wat werken met Annelieke je oplevert.  

Ze werkt in Nederland en elders (live en online) met cliënten uit de private en de publieke sector (o.a. onderwijs- en zorginstellingen, kleine, grote en middelgrote bedrijven, overheidsinstellingen, maatschappelijke initiatieven en andere initiatieven op het gebied van duurzaamheid).

Ze brengt 15 jaar ervaring mee bij de Rijksoverheid in staf- en high-level management functies en 15+ jaar ervaring en opleiding in consultancy, coaching en training. Systemisch werken is een van de methodologieën in haar uitgebreide rugzak voor potentieel ontwikkeling.
