During more than 20 years of work experience as a consultant, executive and systemic coach, and talent manager, I have worked for leading companies and institutions in comprehensive people development and organizational effectiveness projects.

I’m still amazed and deeply grateful for the technology that enables us to communicate and work globally, with teams scattered all over the world working as a whole.
