Met wortels in ondernemerschap, ben ik nu een procesadviseur voor banken, food bedrijven en het onderwijs. Waar gedoe ontstaat, kom ik in actie. In een veilige setting geef ik teams inzicht en begeleid ik hen bij het ontwikkelen van hun potentieel. We duiken in de onderstroom en leren kijken en luisteren met ‘andere’ ogen en oren. Tijdens teamsessies bied ik inzicht, theoretische achtergronden, oefeningen en ruimte voor jullie belangrijkste vragen.

For twenty years Françoise has been using her organizational

sensitivity and phenomenological observation. In recent years, she has

refined the ‘working with the so-called undercurrent’ within

organizations and incorporates practical and effective interventions

within organizations and teams. Her greatest expertise lies in the field

of loosening what is stuck, so that teams can flow back into flow to the

potential for which the team and the organization are intended.

Françoise introduces you to phenomenological observation, using the

TeamConnect tool. Phenomenological viewing focuses on the dynamics and

patterns in an organization. More than about the agreed hierarchy and

structure, this is about what goes on in the so-called undercurrent. To

get a grip on this requires the skill of phenomenological observation:

looking and listening with ‘different’ eyes and ears. Françoise

inspires, discusses what is going on within organizations and teams

during team sessions, gives theoretical backgrounds, does a number of

short exercises and makes room for your most important questions.
